Willow Visit Wollaton Hall
Willow Class had a wonderful day visiting Wollaton Hall. We investigated the Tudor kitchen and learnt many things about sugar and spice. Wollaton is our local site of historic interest so our Tudor day showed us how the house would have been when it was first opened in 1588! We had a Tudor inspired lunch (with as little plastic as possible) and even learnt a Tudor dance to show Miss Allen.
Willow experiment with sewing inspired by Kazuhiro Takadoi
Willow had great fun experimenting with a needle and thread this afternoon. We were inspired by the artist Kazuhiro Takadoi. We took our own photographs so you can see our work from our point of view.
Willow’s thank you tree
Willow were inspired this afternoon by the people we admire and created a thank you tree to celebrate all the adults at home that help us. Thank you for all that you do.
