To help improve our environment for the birds, Cedar class wrote their own instructions on how to make bird feeders. We then had to read our partner’s instructions to see if we could make the bird feeders independently.
Willow were inspired by Mr Hoppy to create tortoise catchers. The only problem was we had no instructions… We worked together to problem solve and make some amazing creations.
Willow have had a wonderful morning celebrating World Book Day. We created our own Easter bunnies and then made a non-fiction book describing how to make them. We also folded the paper to make the book too!
Willow enjoyed creating some positive poems about ourselves inspired by ‘The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and The Horse’ by Charlie Mackesy.
Willow reminded themselves of all the aspects of Rainbow Grammar. We wrote sentences about a great short film called ‘Pigeon Impossible’.
